I adore Star Trek fandom. Why? Because EVERYONE, no seriously, EVERYONE loves Sulu. He is, without fail (well except for .01% of the time) portrayed as PURE WIN. Honestly, there is no other way to describe it but FTW!

And I really need to get around to posting about my awesome weekend at Berkeley a while back before I completely forget. XD

I am a hardcore K/S person, though I adore Bones. When I saw the new movie, I immediately went "OMG they are just like Tim and Kon," and was hooked. I've since gotten into OldTrek and had my beliefs cemented (seriously, did NO ONE pick up on the EXTREMELY OBVIOUS undertones?!?), but NuTrek will always have a special place in my heart. And can we say "Holy eyesex, Batman!" at that movie or what!

Dude, I think Kirk/Spock of TOS were THE founders of slash. There's fiction featuring the two in zines old as the INTERNET ITSELF.

Nu!Trek made me realize just how awesome Bones can be. Some of it may be how good Karl Urban looks in that red uniform, though. XD

I'm pretty sure you're right. I've heard them referred to as "the great-grand-daddies of slash" which is hilarious and true.

I love that one episode of TOS where we first meet Khan ("Space Seed"), and Khan has a knife to Bones's neck, and Bones still manages to completely own him three times in as many sentences. I kind of want to see Karl Urban do that too XD

XD I'm so happy I will have more than two readers (and the other two are my betas)! Um, I can't think of a title at all, any ideas? And yes, Timmy is one of Spock's people, and Spock is going to pwn everyone who messes with him.
