Procratination: DON'T

Note to self: Do not procrastinate again.
I had two essays due this week, one on Thursday and the other today. Being the blithe idiot I can be many times, I had also glibly agreed to pull an extra shift at work the weekend before. The weekend which I should have spent drafting said essays.
Then I remembered I also had Paso A, B, y C exercises in my workbook due and a test in Spanish today.
Due to procrastination and the black out mentioned in the previous post, I went to sleep on Thursday morning at 4, got up four hours later, gave my homework to a friend to turn in, skipped SPA 1, went to computer lab to finish the first essay. I think I did an all right job.
Last night, I studied for the test and after the page swam in front of my numbing eyes for the fourth time, went to take an hour-long nap. Somehow, this hour stretched on until my alarm clock rang at 7 this morning. Resigned to a poor test result, I rushed to catch the next bus to get some studying before school started. Then I had a solid three-hour block of classes and discussion. I spent the ones I didn't have a test in reading the second half of Beowulf. When my cell phone read 11:50 after my last class until the essay was due, I nearly ran to the library computer lab, which was closest, found out that all the sit-down stations were full, then ran on to the computer lab in the next building. I then spent the next three and a half hours pounding away at a keyboard with a stuck space-bar.
Made it to class five minutes late, but I got the paper turned in!
I returned home, went for some groceries due to a craving for B&J's Dublin Mudslide and mangoes for my roommate while I was at it. Spotted some Bertoli's alfredo and tomato sauces on sale and Mom confirmed it as a tasty brand.
Day done and over with, but with an early wake up at 6 the next morning for work (my God, what was I thinking agreeing to these morning shifts?), I logged onto Gaiaonline for some much needed down time. Someone had donated to me my quest item! What a great way to end a horrible day (my fault, I know, but whatever XD).
Now to go to sleep earlier than usual to catch up on my missing forty winks!
