EDIT: I know I make little mistakes in my writing and when I do it drives me crazy, but its even worse when you're reading some one else's fanfiction. I once read a fanfic (and I'm so tempted to link it, but that'd be rather mean) that I really wanted to get into cause the story had a lot of potential. But...it was so bad. Quotation marks, when she/he bothered at all, were horribly placed and wrong. Capitalization errors, comma splices, run ons...and just bad.
I had to stop reading, I couldn't force myself to continue. What made it even worse was that he/she went on like this for 90+ chapters. D:
