I. Am. DONE!
Jun. 9th, 2009 10:59 pmLast final complete! Felt good about the 30% final, lucky if I get a C on the 25% paper. Oh, English! How I've neglected you for Design!
But--mwahahahahaha--I go home tomorrow! 24 more hours until I can taste my Mommy's delicious, delicious cooking again! I anticipate liek whoa for the last week or so, I've had nothing but ice cream, fruit, and frozen food. Very nutritious, yes?
School-wise, I'm home for a week (dentist appointment, oh noes!) and then back up for summer session. BUT! I've got a PAID teaching assistant job! It's for the same lower div des class I'm doing now, but for half the work and hours for another professor and PAID! If it's the same as last year, I'll be earning $11 per hour, 3 hours a day, 3 days a week. The brilliant thing? I was 3 MINUTES ahead of the other girl in e-mailing the professor of my interest. First come, first serve, BOOYAH!
In case you guys haven't realized, I am RIDICULOUSLY happy on having finished this VERY crappy quarter. NONE of my design projects have been satisfactory.
And if any of you might happen to have facebook profiles, there's this nifty little app game called Restaurant City that's an amazing cute flash thing you should totally check out. CUTE!
