aggybird, in hopes of more Greg and Luce love. Began a while ago, just today got past 100 words. XD
Brash mutters his customary complaints under his breath as he strains to reach the dusty, dusty, DUSTY corner of the tall cabinet. “Stupid height. Stupid genes. Had to be a brownie, didn’t I? Couldn’t have been, say, an elf, could I? Even as air-headed as they may be, but nooo, had to be one of the shortest creatures in the Other realm. Stupid halfie and his stupid TALL furniture!”
So it’s no surprise he doesn’t notice the stealthy footsteps approaching him, and when a damp, sour-smelling cloth is slapped over his face, Brash takes a deep breathe in surprise.

“Brash! Take my coat!” More worried about his sword than the useless item of clothing, Gore tosses the bloody, guts-covered coat over his shoulder and heads to the backyard for his cleaning supplies. The coat lands with a wet, heavy flop on the floor and Gore pauses. His grip on the dirty weapon changes as the silence draws out, “Brash!”
Gore strides rapidly through every room of his small house, his knuckles white around the hilt. The kitchen finally yields the cause of his unease: a feather duster lying forlorn on the muddy tiles. “Goddammit!” Bits of plaster sprinkle onto the goblin warrior’s already bloody arm when Gore punches the wall in anger.
The initial flood of incandescent rage at the thought of someone taking his brownie from his own home slowly ebbed into the intense, simmering anger that recedes to the back his mind. His hunter’s instinct at the fore, Gore crumbles a pinch of the dried mud between his fingers and his fangs flash in eager anticipation.
.... Question is, who took Brash and why? Ideas people? Criticism and the pointing out of any grammar/spelling errors are very much welcome.
Finally saw the trailer of Slumdog Millionaire after finding out it won several Golden Globes (thanks,affectingly) and the pretty colors and artistic camera work has me penciling it in for my next free three hour spot.

I thought "More" is a person's name. Then I thought you misspelled "Gore." After rereading the sentence then I get it @_@

Clearly, Brash is a Brownie prince and he never bothered to tell Gore, because Brash just wanted to live a normal life, and Gore just took advantage of Brash and didn't appreciate him, and now he has to rescue him. Or, y'know, whatever. ;)
ALSO I LOVE THAT THE GOBLIN'S NAME IS GORE. LIKE, BLOOD AND GORE. AHAHAHAHA.
