Mercifully, if I've no choice but to continue this class, it's only a 14x14 patch we're supposed to make, but then the prof says something about "Fold under each side of the quilt top and the quilt bottom with a 1/2" fold, press with an iron and sew them together neatly around the perimeter. Use the smallest possible stitch so that it is barely visible. This means you should make your sample 1/2" larger on each side so that you don't cut into the design." Either? Both? XD

I'm just petrified because I have NEVER done anything more complex then sewing a button back on. 9_9
