Twilight just BEGS for it
Mar. 21st, 2009 07:52 pmI stumbled on a journal that makes fun of Twilight and OMG, the book is so pathetic that it's FUN to mock!
How did it become a best seller? How? And what criminally stupid editor/person-in-charge signed Meyer up for so many of them? They're throwing horrible writing at young, impressionable minds whose own writing will reflect hers! I grew up on classic literature and novels like Where the Red Fern Grows and now I'm only a decent writer. What kind of horror will result from someone who grows up on Meyer's books?
Even the summary is tripe. If it was on ff.net, it would have 0 reviews next to it.
Still, the ugly has gone so far into the realms of pure and simple BAD that it has reached the point of funny.
